Terms of Use
These Terms apply when you access or use flawtogether. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to flawtogether.
Who can use flawtogether
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Dating access is for adults only. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One person may not impersonate another or create accounts to evade a restriction.
Profiles, matches, and messages
You are responsible for the material you submit and must have the right to share it. Be truthful, respect other members’ boundaries, and follow our Community Charter & Safety Rules. Mutual I can handle it or Perfect Flaw reactions open a standard conversation. Optional paid first-message features may be offered before a match; they do not guarantee a response or consent to further contact.
Safety and moderation
You may block or report members at no charge. We may review reports and relevant content, restrict messaging, hide content, suspend, or close accounts when needed to protect members or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we may preserve report evidence for moderation, safety, or legal purposes.
Payments, balance, and refunds
Prices and included features are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions may be paid directly or with Sparks. Packs and gifts are paid with Sparks. Sparks can be purchased through a payment partner, are for use on flawtogether only, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. One Spark has a catalog value of $0.013. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers, which may request information needed to process or protect a transaction and may be identified by their own processing name on your statement.
The platform does not provide a mechanism to reverse a successfully settled payment after funds have been credited or a digital feature has been activated, so such payments are not refundable through the platform. Contact support about a failed or duplicate charge. Nothing in these Terms limits a right to a refund or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Your content and our service
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, display, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and moderate the service. Do not use flawtogether to harass, threaten, stalk, scam, spam, share private information without permission, or post unlawful or exploitative content. We may change or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Account closure and changes
You can request account deletion through account settings where available. Some information may be retained for a limited period when needed for moderation records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We may update these Terms; we will post the current version here and indicate its latest update date. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy
This policy describes the personal information flawtogether uses to operate the service, protect members, and handle payments.
Information we use
- Account information: name, email address, sign-in and session records, and account status.
- Profile information: display name, birth date, approximate location such as city and country, preferences, languages, biography, interests, and photos you choose to add.
- Service activity: I can handle it and Perfect Flaw reactions, matches, messages, settings, purchases, balance transactions, and support or moderation reports.
- Technical and security information: session identifiers and, where present, device, browser, network, and activity information needed to authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use information to create and maintain accounts and profiles, show discovery results, enable matches and messages, process purchases, respond to requests, enforce community rules, investigate reports, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not make private conversations publicly accessible.
When information is shared
Profile details you choose to publish are shown to other members according to the service’s visibility controls. We use service providers for hosting, account infrastructure, payment processing, and safety operations; they receive only information needed for their services and are expected to protect it. Payment providers may handle transaction details directly. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect members, the service, or someone’s safety.
We do not sell private messages or private account details to other members. Avoid putting contact details or information you do not wish to share in public profile fields.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate safety, security, dispute, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected. We use access controls and technical measures intended to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can update profile details in your account and request account deletion through settings where available. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information. To make a privacy request, contact support@flawtogether.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Adults only and policy updates
flawtogether is a dating service for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to use dating features. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version and update date will appear on this page.
