How it works
Create an account, confirm that you are 18 or older, and build a profile that reflects who you are. Browse profiles at your own pace and show interest when someone feels like a good fit.
When two people like each other, it is a mutual match and a conversation opens. Members can also choose an optional paid first-message feature before matching; the other person remains free to respond or not. A match or a paid first message never obliges anyone to continue a conversation.
You can stop contact, block someone, or report a profile or message at any time. These safety tools are free.
Payment methods
Subscriptions can be paid directly or with Sparks. Packs and gifts are purchased with Sparks.
Direct payment
Choose direct payment for a subscription, or buy Sparks through our secure payment partner. The partner processing the payment may appear by its own name on your statement; it will not identify the transaction as a dating-site purchase. A partner may request information needed to process or protect a payment. flawtogether does not receive or store your full payment card details through this checkout.
Paying with Sparks
Buy Sparks through secure checkout, then use the balance for purchases in the app. One Spark has a catalog value of $0.013. Sparks cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Please review the amount and purchase before confirming. Once a payment has settled and a balance has been credited or a digital feature has been activated, the platform has no mechanism to reverse it or issue a refund. If a payment appears to have failed or been charged more than once, contact support so we can review the transaction. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
Do both people need to choose each other to match?
Yes. When both people send I can handle it or Perfect Flaw, they match and a conversation opens. An optional paid first-message feature is also available before a match; it does not guarantee a reply.
Can I message someone who has not matched with me?
The usual conversation starts after a mutual match. Where offered, a paid first-message option can start a conversation without a match. Please use it respectfully; the recipient is not required to respond.
Can I withdraw money from my in-app balance?
No. The balance can only be used for eligible purchases on flawtogether and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
What should I do if someone makes me uncomfortable?
Use the report or block controls on their profile or in the conversation. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and are not shown to the reported member. Read our Community Charter & Safety Rules.
